From September 8–10, MettaX joined SeguridadExpo Chile 2026 at Metropolitan Santiago, together with our valued partner Pilot. Over three days, we connected with professionals across the security, transportation, and fleet industries and explored how AI-powered video telematics can support safer and smarter vehicle operations.
Three Days in Santiago, One Focus: Smarter Fleet Safety
After months of preparation, SeguridadExpo Chile 2026 brought us to Santiago from September 8–10.
Together with Pilot, we welcomed visitors at Booth P-01, where we showcased MettaX's AI Video Telematics solutions and had the opportunity to speak directly with professionals working with vehicles, transportation, security, and fleet operations.
For us, exhibitions are not just about displaying products. They are a chance to understand what fleet operators and solution providers are actually dealing with on the road.
And this time in Chile was no different.
Bringing AI Video Telematics Closer to Chilean Fleets
At the booth, visitors could get a closer look at our hardware and see how different video telematics components can work together as part of a complete fleet solution.
Our solutions cover areas including:
-
AI Dashcams for driver and road-facing video
-
Mobile Digital Video Recorders (MDVRs) for multi-camera vehicle monitoring
-
External cameras for wider vehicle visibility
-
AI-powered safety alerts for events such as fatigue, distraction, phone use, and other risky driving behaviors
-
Real-time video and fleet data through the MettaX IoT Platform
-
Integrated hardware and software for centralized fleet management
The goal is simple: turn vehicle data and video into information that fleet teams can actually use.
Good Conversations Start With Real Fleet Challenges
One of the most valuable parts of the exhibition was the conversations we had with visitors.
Different fleets have different priorities. Some are looking for better visibility around their vehicles. Others are focused on driver safety, incident management, or integrating video with their existing telematics systems.
These conversations help us better understand the practical needs of the Chilean market and where video telematics can create real value.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we believe the right approach starts with understanding the fleet first — then matching the right combination of hardware, AI functions, connectivity, and platform capabilities.
Growing Together With Partners
Our participation in SeguridadExpo Chile was made possible together with Pilot.
Working with partners is an important part of how MettaX develops international markets. Local knowledge, customer relationships, and technical understanding help us bring global video telematics technology closer to the needs of individual markets.
The Chile exhibition was another opportunity to strengthen that collaboration and continue exploring new possibilities together.
Thank You, Santiago 🇨🇱
Three days went by quickly.
To everyone who stopped by Booth P-01, talked with our team, asked questions, shared fleet challenges, or simply came over to say hello — thank you.
Every conversation gives us a better understanding of the market and helps us keep improving the solutions we build.
SeguridadExpo Chile 2026 may be over, but the conversations continue.
We look forward to staying connected with the people we met in Santiago and exploring how MettaX AI Video Telematics can support safer, smarter, and more connected fleets across Chile and Latin America.
